With all the recent furor over Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion's song 'WAP,' I wanted to make a mixtape that spoke to the history of explicit songs made by women, specifically in praise of their own genitalia. While this is not a new practice, it is no less an exercise in radical expression. Needless to say, if you have sensitive ears or sensibilities, be warned.
